We've compiled a list of frequently asked questions to provide you with all the information you need about our programs.

How do I pick the program that’s best suited to me? If you’re not an Alberta resident, you’ll be choosing from the 5 and 12 week programs. Consider the 5 Week Program more of a tasting platter. You’ll get to experience deep emotional release and a new found sense of calm and clarity but if you want to leave the program with the knowledge of how to perform your own releases AND have best practices for sleep, stress management, cyclical living and nutrition recommendations for your overall health, the 12 Week Program is your best choice.  Still unsure? What do emotional release sessions entail? Release sessions are virtual (they are designed this way on purpose) and last approx. 45 min. They are a facilitated dialogue that opens AND closes the stress circle such that emotional baggage can be brought to the service, witnessed, and let go of. This has ALL to do with the sensations you feel in your body vs what the mind thinks and while it can feel foreign to so many of us, it’s a beautiful mix of space being held, support throughout,  emotions being let go of and a deep sense of healing being had. Each session is unique and like layers of an onion, deeper levels of health are accessed.

What if I can’t make a weekly session? It’s important to be able to have a space that is safe, quiet and allows you to drop into feelings that may arise during the sessions. Clearing your space of pets and people is key to be able to safely access emotions. If you’re unable to create this space for yourself, it’s best for us to reschedule such that you are able to get the most out of each Release.

The program(s) resonate but I’m not sure what exactly is involved. Could you expand a bit more on details? The best way to understand the Metabolizing Emotions Method (ME Method) is to book a complimentary call with myself so you can ask all your questions and choose if moving forward is a good fit.  A quick overview;
Sessions are weekly for the duration of the program and last approx. 45min
Action Items are provided prior to our 1st visit so that you can be fully prepared for our Sessions – this includes a quiz to complete, reflections to let percolate and all the juicy details of how to prepare your space prior to sessions as well as best practices for integrating after each session is complete

What can I expect after the sessions are over? Sessions may leave you feeling energized, clear headed and excited and/or emotionally raw for a few days. The full spectrum of emotions may be felt and this is a normal part of the process. Each session is unique and suggestions will be provided afterwards as well as between Releases on how to best integrate this deeper level of healing. Know that you are fully supported during this process.

Am I able to go back to my busy day after a session? We suggest 20-30min post each session for you to nourish yourself in the way you see fit. This allows for time to integrate your experience into your nervous system and can, but doesn’t have to consist of; being outside in nature, a warm bath, further release (ie. crying), reading a book or taking a gentle walk (indoors or out). Suggestions will be given after each session and as the Program advances, you will more intuitively understand how your body is speaking to you and what She needs.  Am I able to settle for each session after it happens vs 2 payments or in Full?
All the Programs are settled either in 2 equal payments (after the first session and mid program) or in full.  Payment in full is required independent of completion of the Program. Let’s be honest – you’re worth the investment!

How does emotional release differ from CBT or seeing my Therapist? The ME Method (Metabolizing Emotions) is a process that allows stored emotions to create tension in our fascia, body and can cause physical and mental concerns to be released. Sessions work to witness what is FELT in the BODY vs what the mind is logically wanting to interpret. The virtual facilitated process allows you to be in a space that is familiar and safe for you as well as confidence in knowing the stress loop will be opened, but closed by the end of each Release. This Method has everything to do with learning the language of the body, listening to it and witnessing what needs to be seen. Details that the mind wants to ‘chew on’ are not necessary in this process which also creates a deep level of comfort for the client and the process.
