Maybe it’s your emotional health that needs some care and attention Lovely.
It’s impossible to be present when we aren’t feeling well. Our thoughts wander, pain perception and stress response heighten, physical symptoms worsen and we spend too much bandwidth feeling anxious, frustrated, sad and angry. And who benefits? No one. Not you and definitely not your loved ones who you want to show up for in ALL the ways they deserve.
Maybe you’ve tried to DIY your health. Maybe you’ve worked with a health care practitioner to dial in your nutrition, sleep patterns, movement routine and your stress levels. And you felt better. For a bit. But s l o w l y, old symptoms return or new ones reared their ugly heads. And the frustration continues to build.

But here’s the secret no one is talking about;
The body doesn’t know what to do with stuffed emotions.

Period.
Full stop.

No amount of greens drinks, supplements, meditation techniques or exercise can band aid over stuffed emotions. At least not over time. That’s why, as we enter midlife/perimenopause (and this is happening earlier and earlier for some as stress levels in Western society continue to rise), our emotional baggage starts to bubble to the surface. This can show up as anxiety, depression, irritability and anger and often shows up uninvited.
 
Like the time you flew off the handle towards your spouse as you washed the dishes because he asked if you needed help – OF COURSE you need help – the to-do list is never ending. Geez! Why can’t he see that? (or is that just me? 😉 )

  • Action Items to deepen the process through thoughtful prompts/reflections between sessions to keep you accountable and on track
     

  • Direct and Full access to me between sessions to support the Release process and expedite healing.

8-Week Program

  • Eight 60 min 1:1 private and confidential, tailored for you, release sessions to process unexpressed emotion that allows you to take your health from 'fine' to optimal. 
     

  • Two 60 min 'Learn the Release' visits to be able to process emotions safely and effectively on your own to keep your emotional health in tip-top shape going forward. 
     

  • Accessible, daily emotional movement practices designed to build on our Release sessions together so you learn to calm your body AND mind. 
     

  • Full direct access to me between sessions to support the Release process integration and expedite healing.

    • Access to a Private Facebook Community Group so you can stay connected to like-minded women who value all aspects of their health, including the emotional- just like you!​
